Most weekend I spend my time packing up some nutrition ahead for my family. I love to experiment in the kitchen and love to make no bake easy snacks. My choice as a base for these quick high nutrition snack is any kind of nut butter, be it peanut butter, almond or seed butter for the simple fact they are rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 and monounsaturated fats.
This weekend I made these almond butter based seed bar from home made fresh almond butter and also date syrup. It tasted so good that I couldn't wait to add this recipe here for you as it is definitely worth making it.
These bars just melt in mouth and they have this nice gooey fudge texture to it, so so good!
